How can I pick up my yearbook if I did not pick up on distribution day?
Yearbooks not picked up before May 28, 2021 may be picked up on August 5, 2021.  Have a great summer. 

I purchased my yearbook on or after distribution day. How do I get a ticket?
Please bring your PRINTED receipt for your yearbook purchase to pick up.
WE WILL COLLECT AT THE TIME OF PICK UP FOR RECONCILIATION AND AUDIT PURPOSES.

*NO PHONE IMAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED.  

I did not receive my yearbook distribution ticket via email?
Please complete the CONTACT US form and we will get back to you ASAP.
WE WILL NOT BE RESPONDING TO CONTACT FORM SUBMISSIONS THE DAY OF DISTRIBUTION.

Am I required to print the yearbook day pick up ticket?
Yes, all distribution tickets must be printed and signed for reconciliation and audit purposes. 

Can I present a photo of ticket on my phone and still receive my yearbook?
No.  All distribution tickets must be printed and signed for reconciliation and audit purposes. 

Can I pick up a yearbook for a friend or sibling if I present their printed ticket?
No.   

Do I need to have an ID to pick up my yearbook?
Yes.  Student ID or government issued ID is required to pick up your yearbook.

How can I check to make sure I have purchased a yearbook?

Search your email for JOSTENS. If you are unable to locate your confirmation email, please call 1-877-767-5217 and Press 1 to speak with a Jostens customer service representative. Once connected, please ask to verify your 2020 yearbook purchase.  Jostens Customer service is available Monday-Friday 9am - 6pm  EST.


Why did I receive a notification that I have not ordered a yearbook when I have an email confirmation from Jostens?
  • The parent name may have been entered at the time of purchase instead of a student name.
  • The name at the time of ordering may have been transposed by the purchaser. *The First and Last name were entered in the wrong fields.  Example:  First and last Name of John Smith were entered by purchaser as Smith John.
  • You may have ordered yearbooks for multiple students under the name of one student.
  • You may have located a confirmation number from a previous year (Please verify month/year purchase date located in upper right of email confirmation.
  • Your method payment may have been declined by your credit card company or accidentally disputed.
  • You may have chosen the 3 payment option and one of the payments was declined by your credit card company.
  • You may not have ordered a yearbook.

Can I pay now to get the lowest price and create my senior tribute ad later?
No. Senior Tribute Ads must be completed before payment can be made. 

Can I pay for a senior ad with a check?
No. All Senior Tribute Ads must be purchased online.  All major credit and debit cards are accepted (Visa, MC, Discover, Amex)

Should I use a specific web browser to create my Senior Tribute Ad?
Yes.  For best experience, please use Google Chrome for desktop/laptop. 

I am able to upload images, but not place in the design.  What now?
For best experience, please use Google Chrome browser as instructed above; not Safari, not MS Edge, not Firefox.

When I try to place a photo, I receive a message that the image is not high enough resolution.
Images may be rejected for resolution if the orientation of the image does not match the design image.  An image taken in vertical orientation (portrait) may not be high enough resolution to place in a horizontal orientation (Landscape) photo box.

Are there any specific file format and resolution requirements for designing a Tribute Ad?

Yes, all images must be 300 DPI or greater to be included in your Tribute Ad.  Low resolution images will be rejected by the designer portal.  Please be sure all images for ad design are JPEG format, high resolution and not watermarked.
  • No PNG files
  • No screen shots
  • No TIFF files
  • No HEIC format files (iPhone specific format)
  • No images from social media (They are low resolution)
  • No watermarked images

If I submit an image that appears blurry or pixelated on my phone or computer, how will it print? 
Blurry or pixelated images (originals) used to design the ad will result in blurry and pixelated images when the ad is printed.

How can I tell if my iPhone images are HEIC?  
Settings, Camera, Formats, Most Compatible with check mark.

If my photos are in HEIC format, how can I convert them to Jpeg?
HEIC format images can be converted to JPEG here:  https://image.online-convert.com/convert/heic-to-jpeg

When is the final deadline for Tribute Ads? 
Friday, October 30, 2020 is the final deadline. 
PLEASE NOTE: Jostens Customer Support is only available Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm EST. 
 


Will there be an extension or another opportunity if I miss the deadline? 
No. 

My confirmation at checkout says my order will be shipped to my home. Will the ad be included in the yearbook?
Yes.  All senior ads ordered via Jostens will be included in the yearbook and will not be sent to your home. 

When is the last day to personalize the cover with student name activity icons?
Friday, January 29, 2021

Will extra yearbooks be ordered to sell at the end of year distribution?
No.
